AI Policy Campus
A platform for responsible AI policy and public sector transformation
The AI Policy Campus at Yonsei University is a multi-stakeholder initiative that brings together government, academia, and industry to advance public policy in the age of artificial intelligence. Supported by Google, it promotes responsible AI innovation and accelerates AI transformation (AX) in the public sector. The launch convened senior leaders from public institutions, global technology firms, and policy organizations, alongside members of the National Assembly and academia. The initiative also showcases leading cases of public-sector AI adoption through the AX Innovation Awards, recognizing organizations that enhance administrative efficiency and address complex social challenges. It has been featured in major Korean media, including Chosun Biz.
AI Policy Campus Across Asia
Expanding Collaboration with Thailand’s Public Sector
As part of its global engagement, the AI Policy Campus extends to capacity-building programs across Asia. In partnership with the Korea Institute of Public Finance, the initiative delivered training for Thai government officials, strengthening long-term collaboration with ASEAN public sector leaders.
Advancing AI Capacity-Building with the Philippine Public Sector
An executive training program for senior Philippine government officials, co-organized with the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP). The initiative focused on strengthening AI-driven governance and public sector innovation, in collaboration with partner institutions including NIA and the Korean Association for Policy Studies, with support from Google.
